Giveaway Rules

1. Eligable contestant may enter the contest once per day until midnight before the day of the drawing. Duplicate entries (i.e. 2 in a day) will be discarded.
2. Entering false, incomplete or misleading information will void your entries.
3. Employees of Gaming Illustrated, NextGen Electronics, and SGS International, LLC. or members of their families are not eligible to win.
4. The giveaway is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, players agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of NextGen Electronics which are final and binding. Gaming Illustrated reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
5. The giveaway will continue until terminated by NextGen Electronics . NextGen Electronics reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without notice.
6. The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
7. The drawings will be conducted by NextGen Electronics whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are dependant on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone. NextGen Electronics is not responsible for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. Winners must respond within seven days of attempted e-mail or phone notification. Certain winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and where lawful, a publicity release within seven days of attempted notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
8. Prizes will be awarded within four weeks of drawing closing.  All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses associated with claiming a prize are the responsibility of the winners.
9. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Gaming Illustrated, its directors, employees, and agents from any and against any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize won. NextGen Electronics will not use or release any of the information provided to any outside agency. NextGen Electronics shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability to any person with respect to any advertising materials of third parties appearing on the NextGen Electronics web site or on any other site to which players may link to from the NextGen Electronics site.
10. All decisions of the judges are final.
11. Anyone found breaking the rules will be disqualified, and all their entries will be voided.
12. Anyone attempting to defraud, break, or (denial of service) attack  the NextGen Electronics giveaway, by any means  will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
